Fees and Payment ### 5.1 Worker Fees **Workers use RateRight for FREE.** We do not charge workers any fees. ### 5.2 Contractor Fees Contractors pay a **$50 flat fee (including GST) per successful hire**. A "successful hire" means: - The contractor has offered work to a worker found through RateRight, AND - The worker has accepted and commenced that work ### 5.3 When Payment Is Due The $50 fee is charged when you confirm a successful hire through the Platform. You must confirm a hire within 7 days of the worker commencing work. ### 5.4 Payment Methods We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other methods available on the Platform. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. ### 5.5 Refund Policy **No refunds are provided once a hire is confirmed,** except: - If we charged you in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.) - If required by Australian Consumer Law We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Ratings and Reviews ### 7.1 Our Rating System RateRight operates a two-way rating system. Contractors can rate workers, and workers can rate contractors. ### 7.2 Review Guidelines When leaving a review, you must: - Be truthful and accurate - Base your review on genuine first-hand experience - Not include personal attacks, discriminatory content, or profanity - Not include content that violates any law ### 7.3 Our Rights We may remove reviews that: - Violate these Terms or our review guidelines - Appear to be fake, fraudulent, or manipulated - Contain inappropriate or illegal content - Are the subject of a valid legal complaint We are not obligated to resolve disputes about reviews. --- ## 8.
