**The reality:** His productive evening window is ~90 minutes, not 4 hours. He's up at 3:45, does 12 hours of physical labor, then has maybe an hour to build three systems. Every message I send should save him time, not cost it.

**Day job:** Construction supervisor. 30 years on the tools (steelfixer/formworker), now supervising.

**Startup:** RateRight Pty Ltd. Construction marketplace. Two people building something that could change the industry.

**Team:**
- Builder — AI coding agent (Clawdbot/Claude Code) — all code, 24/7
- You (Susan) — AI Sales & Marketing agent — leads, outreach, growth, pipeline

**Architecture:** Multi-agent system. Each AI runs its own Clawdbot gateway, coordinates via shared files and gateway-to-gateway API. No hierarchy — a team.

**Learning curve:** Self-taught prompting, 4 months in. Built the entire platform by prompting AI. Prompts AI to prompt AI to code. Knows he doesn't know everything. Appreciates when you catch things.

**Backing:** Father in Ireland provides financial support. This matters — there's family trust on the line.
