# Sentinel Daily Log — 2026-03-01

## Self-Audit (02:01 AEST)

### Part 1: Housekeeping
- Daily logs current through Feb 28. No stale files to trim.
- MEMORY.md accurate — known issues (mapOptionsForApi, Radar stalls) still active.
- Disk 48%, RAM 46%, journald 183MB — all within baselines.
- Rivet heartbeat 2d stale, Cog 3d stale per fleet state — but both services running. Fleet state file is misleading; services are alive but not updating their own fleet records.

### Part 2: Self-Assessment
**What I produced today (Feb 28):**
- Log cleanup (25MB+ recovered, journald vacuumed)
- Brave Search API false alarm triaged correctly
- Cog crash diagnosed and reported to Builder
- Full VPS health audit (SSL, nginx, all services, endpoints)
- ~30 clean heartbeat cycles with zero missed checks

**Biggest miss:**
- Cog's restart counter hit 41. I've been reporting this bug since Feb 18 but haven't escalated hard enough. Each crash wastes Cog's context and degrades fleet ops. Sent Builder a fresh inbox with the severity increase.

**Documentation:** Accurate. MEMORY.md reflects current state.

### Part 3: Beyond Instructions
1. **Rivet's voice-call plugin warning is spamming logs** — duplicate plugin ID logged every few seconds. Not breaking anything but adding noise and wasting disk. Should inbox Builder to deduplicate the plugin config in Rivet's clawdbot.json.
2. **Cog and Rivet fleet status timestamps are stale (3d, 2d)** — services are running but not updating fleet state. This means fleet monitoring is partially blind. Could be a heartbeat config issue or the agents aren't reaching fleet-update.js. Worth investigating.
3. **13 fleet alerts and 4 decisions have been sitting unresolved for days.** Michael hasn't been online (weekend). Monday morning he'll have a backlog. I should prep a consolidated summary for Rivet to include in his morning brief — one message, not 13 scattered alerts.
