## 02:13 AEDT — Growth Engine Alert (False Alarm)
- Alert: Growth Engine reported DOWN (HTTP 404)
- Investigation: HTTP 200 on first check (3.3s cold start), 200 on second check (0.4s warm)
- Root cause: Railway cold start — app sleeps on free tier, first request after idle returns slowly or 404
- This matches the earlier fleet bulletin about Stripe webhook cold-start issues
- **No action needed.** App is healthy and serving correctly.
- VPS: load 1.37, RAM 45%, disk 49%, 8/8 agents active

## 05:13 AEDT — Fixed PM2/systemd port 3000 conflict

**Issue:** Cog flagged that both PM2 and systemd were managing rateright-app on port 3000. PM2 had 412,429 crash-loop restarts (EADDRINUSE) — systemd held the port.

**Fix:** `pm2 stop rateright-app && pm2 delete rateright-app && pm2 save --force`. PM2 process list now empty. Systemd continues serving — confirmed 200 in 5ms post-fix.

**Note:** PM2 daemon (pm2-root.service) still enabled and running (85MB RAM, no processes). Consider disabling entirely if no other use. Also noted "Failed to find Server Action" errors in systemd app logs — stale client requests, not critical.

**TODO:** Consider `sudo systemctl disable pm2-root && sudo systemctl stop pm2-root` to reclaim 85MB. Needs Michael's approval since it's a service removal.
