**Why this works:** "Launching soon" / "just launched" creates urgency and curiosity. Contractors feel like they're getting in early, not being sold to. It's an invitation, not a pitch.

**Core frame:** *"We're launching a new platform for construction hiring in Sydney. $50 flat fee, unlimited duration. I wanted to give you a heads-up before we open to everyone."*

This positions them as:
- Getting early access (exclusive)
- Hearing about something new (curiosity)
- Being respected enough to get a personal call (relationship)

*"That's because we just launched this week! Built by a bloke with 30 years in construction — steelfixer and formworker. He built it because he was sick of the agency markup model. $50 once, keep the worker as long as you want."*

### "How do I know the workers are any good?"
*"Every worker has ratings from real contractors on real jobs. And the feedback is constructive — 'strong at heights,' 'improve timekeeping' — so workers actually get better over time. You can see their full history before you call them."*

### "$50 sounds too cheap — what's the catch?"
*"No catch. Agencies make $4,000 and keep charging every week the worker shows up. We make $50 per connection. Labour hire charges you $456 a week in markup alone — that's $11,000+ over 6 months. We charge $50 total. We bet on volume and long-term matches."*

### "Send me something / I'll think about it"
*"Absolutely. I'll email you now. Quick thing — when you do look at it, search for [their trade] in [their area]. You'll see what's available. The ratings are the thing that'll convince you."*

### Timing
- **Best:** Tue-Thu, 9:00-11:00 AM (coffee break, tradies check phones)
- **Backup:** 1:00-2:00 PM (lunch break)
- **Avoid:** Monday before 10 AM (site setup), Friday after 2 PM (knock-off mode)
- **Never:** Before 7 AM, after 5 PM

- **Connected + Not Now:** Status → warm. Send email. Schedule 1-week follow-up.
- **Connected + Not Interested:** Status → cold. Note reason. Nurture sequence in 30 days.
- **Voicemail:** Note → "VM left [date] [time]". Send email. Follow up in 48h.
- **No Answer, No VM:** Note → "No answer [date] [time]". Try again different time of day.
