## Why Workers First

Empty marketplace = dead on arrival. When we call Southwest Construction and they check rateright.com.au, they need to see available workers. Otherwise the $50 pitch doesn't matter — they'll say "sounds great, let me know when you have people."

Yakka has ~10,000 users after 3 years. We need 20-50 workers to look credible for Phase 1.

## Risks

1. **Broken comms = reputation damage** — DO NOT deploy until Builder fixes the communication bug
