## ⚠️ Challenge / Honest Assessment

**Before we "cold outreach" these people, I need to flag 3 things:**

### 1. These aren't cold leads — they're Michael's mates
These are people in Michael's phone. A text from "Susan from RateRight" means nothing to them. A text from **Michael** saying "Hey mate, I built this thing, check it out" would convert 10x better. **Recommendation:** Michael sends a personal WhatsApp/text to his top 10, not a CRM-generated SMS from a number they don't know.

### 2. The product has to work first
Per the known bug list: post-hire communication is broken. If Enda signs up, gets matched to a contractor, and can't contact them — we've burned a warm contact that took Michael 30 years to build. **These contacts are irreplaceable. Don't waste them on a broken product.**

### 3. Worker-side value prop needs clarity
What does a worker actually GET from signing up right now?
- Can they browse available jobs? (Is the job board populated?)
- Do they get matched automatically?
- How does the $50 fee work from their side? (Contractors pay, workers don't?)
- What's the signup experience like?

I can't write compelling worker outreach without knowing the answer to these. Need to check rateright.com.au worker flow.

- **Action:** Re-tag individuals without companies as `lead_type: worker`
- **Benefit:** Separates our contractor pipeline from worker supply pipeline
