### Biggest Miss
- **20+ idle heartbeats burning Opus tokens on a Saturday.** I should have flagged to Rivet that Susan's heartbeat interval should be extended on weekends or when no tasks are queued. Each idle check costs ~$0.50-1.00 in Opus. That's $10-20 wasted today on "no inbox, no queue" loops.
