# Call Scripts — RateRight Launch Day
*Three scripts: Intro / Follow-up / Close*
*Value Prop: $50/hire, unlimited duration. No ongoing fees.*

---

## SCRIPT 1: INTRO (Cold/Warm First Touch)

**Goal:** Get permission to send info + schedule 5-min demo

**Opening (15 sec):**
> "G'day [Name], it's Michael from RateRight. Not selling anything — just wanted 30 seconds. You guys do [formwork/concreting/steel fixing], right?"

**Hook (20 sec):**
> "Quick question: What are you paying to hire a [trade] right now? If it's through an agency, they're taking 20-40% markup every hour. On a $200/day worker, that's $4000+ over 10 weeks."

**Pivot (15 sec):**
> "RateRight charges $50. Once. Worker stays a week or 5 years — still $50. No subscription, no percentage."

**Ask (10 sec):**
> "Worth a 5-minute look? I can send you the link and you can see if it makes sense for your next hire."

**If YES:**
- Get email/WhatsApp for link
- "I'll send it now. If it's not for you, no worries. If it saves you thousands, you'll thank me later."
- Schedule follow-up: "I'll check in Thursday — fair?"

**If NO / 'Happy with current agency':**
> "Fair enough. One last thing — are they charging you per hour your worker shows up? Because with us, it's $50 once. Your worker stays a year, still $50. That's not a cost saving, that's a different model entirely. Worth keeping in your back pocket?"

**If STILL NO:**
- "No worries, [Name]. I'll check back in a month. If your situation changes, you know where to find us."

---

## SCRIPT 2: FOLLOW-UP (After Link Sent / Previous Conversation)

**Goal:** Move from interest to signup OR clear next step

**Opening (10 sec):**
> "G'day [Name], Michael from RateRight. Did you get a chance to look at what I sent?"

**If LOOKED AT IT:**
> "What stood out to you?"
- Listen for: price, ratings, ease of use
- Address specific questions

**If DIDN'T LOOK:**
> "No stress — I know you're flat out. In one sentence: we're like a job board but with ratings, and you pay $50 once per hire instead of agency markup forever. Takes 2 minutes to post a job. Worth trying for your next [trade] need?"

**Objection Handling:**

**"How do we know workers are quality?"**
> "Every worker has ratings from real contractors on real jobs — not a recruiter's pitch. And it's constructive feedback: 'strong at heights,' 'improve timekeeping.' Workers actually get better over time. Your next hire is better than the last."

**"We need workers immediately."**
> "That's exactly when the $50 model makes sense. An agency charges you a premium for urgency — and keeps charging every week. We charge $50 whether you need them today or next month. And because workers have ratings, you can see who's reliable before you call."

**"$50 sounds too cheap — what's the catch?"**
> "No catch. We make $50 per connection. Agencies make $4000+ and keep charging every week. We bet on volume — lots of $50 connections that turn into long-term working relationships. Our success is when matches last."

**"Is this legal/compliant?"**
> "We're a platform like Gumtree — we make introductions, you handle the employment directly. For legal questions, chat with your accountant, but the model is the same as finding workers through job boards, just better organized."

**Close Options:**
1. **Ready to post:** "Let's get you set up. Takes 2 minutes. You free now?"
2. **Needs time:** "Fair. I'll check back Friday. What's your best day?"
3. **Not right now:** "No worries. I'll circle back in 2 weeks. If you need someone sooner, give me a bell."

## SCRIPT 3: CLOSE (Decision Point / Hot Lead)

**Goal:** Get first job posted OR clear commitment

**Opening (5 sec):**
> "G'day [Name], Michael. You've seen what we do — $50 flat, unlimited duration. Ready to give it a crack?"

**If READY:**
> "Perfect. Pull out your phone, I'll walk you through it. Takes 90 seconds."
- Walk them through signup
- Help them post first job
- Confirm they understand the rating system

**If HESITATING:**
> "What's holding you back?"
- Listen, address specific concern
- Use risk reversal: "First job's $50. If it doesn't work out, you've lost less than a coffee run. If it does, you just saved thousands."

**If NOT READY:**
> "No stress. When's your next big job starting? I'll check in a week before."
- Lock in specific date
- Add to CRM with reminder

**After Signup:**
> "You're all set. When you post your first job, I'll personally make sure it gets visibility. And [Name] — when you find a good worker through us, tell your mates. That's how we grow."
