**What's ready:** All 6 Harper docs complete. Application ready to submit day we get these two items.

**Two blockers — BOTH ON YOU:**

### 1. Signed LOIs from 2-3 hostels (OR evidence package fallback)

**Path A — If you know hostel contacts:**
- Do you know ANYONE at Sydney backpacker hostels? (Old contacts, tradie mates, anyone)
- If YES → I drafted a warm LOI-request email from you (memory/drafts/michael-loi-email-draft-2026-03-30.md)
- Harper sends the formal LOI template to sign

**Path B — If you don't know anyone:**
- We're building an evidence package instead (email interest, call notes, manager names)
- Harper checking if guidelines accept this in place of formal LOIs
- Either way, we proceed — just need to know which path

**Question for you tonight:** "Do you know anyone at any Sydney hostels?"

### 2. ADI bank statement

**Must be from:** CBA, Westpac, ANZ, or NAB (AirWallex is NOT an ADI — Harper confirmed)
**Why:** Prove co-contribution funds for grant
**Action:** Visit a branch this week → get printed statement showing your name + account

**Without this by Wednesday → we miss the grant. Full stop.**
