**If manager available:** Pitch partnership + ask about LOI
**If not:** Get name + callback time
**If hostile:** "No worries, we'll send an email with details — can I get your name?"

1. Which hostels show genuine interest
2. Manager names + direct contact info
3. Any verbal commitments to partnership
4. Estimated likelihood of getting 2-3 signed LOIs by Apr 4

## Bottom Line (per Harper)

**Signed LOIs in 6 days from cold relationships = unlikely**
**But:** Getting 3-4 hostel manager names + evidence of strong interest = enough for submission with email evidence instead of formal LOIs
