## What happened
AM look-ahead cron ran. Found job `01-2275 - HPE Field of Play Hornsby` in `Ongoing Jobs/` with:
- `status: ongoing` in `00-brief.md`
- `start_date: 2026-04-30` (19 days ago)
- Every register blank: programme 0 rows, RFI register header-only, Job-Tracker hours empty, no diary entries, no subbie schedule, docket directory empty

## Diagnosis
Variant A ghost job: folder promoted to Ongoing but OpsMan never logged any operational data. Work may or may not have started on site — cannot tell from the vault. Don't assume either way.

## Cross-folder note
Hornsby also appears in `Upcoming/01-2275 - Solutions Plus - HPE Field of Play Hornsby/` with the "Solutions Plus" prefix in folder name. The Ongoing folder has no "Solutions Plus" prefix. When doing two-folder lookup, grep/substring match is required — exact name match will miss one copy.
