# Weekly Programme Snapshot — Hornsby Worked Example

## Context

Cron job runs every Monday morning. Reads programme → float ledger → RFI register → VO register → TBT log → induction checklist. Produces a tight snapshot for Rocky.

## Output format rules

- Week N of 24 — pull from `Wk` column in programme
- Float — from float ledger section of programme-24wk.md
- Claim due dates — flag if ≤21 days away
- RFIs — Cat A bullets only, rest as count
- VOs — status + pending client approval flag
- TBT — "due this week" if last log entry >7 days ago
- Inductions — flag anyone with HammerTech expiry within 14 days
