**Today (Wk 2, Mon):** Stair reo begins Day 1 — forming to wrap up, then rebar placement. Pram ramp 1 forming to kick off later in the week with a stair pour targeted before Saturday.

**Blockers:** All 10 Category A RFIs still sitting with Solutions Plus — no responses received. No concrete pump confirmed, no batching plant nominated, no sub-base sign-off, no induction slots booked. Crew physically can't step on site until HammerTech is done. Mobilisation is stalled.

**RFIs to chase:** A3 (pump), A4 (batch plant), A8 (inductions) are the critical path — push Joel Alvey this morning. A1 sub-base and A2 survey handover also needed this week before any pour can proceed.

**Deliveries:** None booked or confirmed. Steel reinforcement (RFI-A9) still pending from Solutions Plus.
