**The charter moved. Read `CLAUDE.md`.**

This seat runs on Claude Code as of 2026-07-29. `CLAUDE.md` is the single charter and it
auto-loads — there is nothing to remember to read.

`PRIME.md` and `WRAP.md` are gone too. They are real commands now: `/prime` and `/wrap`, in
`.claude/commands/`. One home, not two, because two homes is where drift is born.

This stub stays only so a Codex session already open on the old launcher lands somewhere true
instead of on a missing file. It carries no rules of its own — anything that contradicts
`CLAUDE.md` is stale by definition.
