He turns 45 on the 23/09/2026. We would require the assessment to be finalised by then in order to submit a valid application... commence work on the Skills Assessment application as soon as possible as it is a lengthy and complex process."* - **VETASSESS Skills Recognition – Trades, application `P26MC85241`.** Portal activity 22/06, 03/07, 05/07, 08/07, 09/07. On **06/07** VETASSESS wrote *"We have taken action on your application. Please log in to view the next steps."* **No activity since 09/07.** - **22/06** he asked Ciaran Gallagher (MARN 1173104, GMC Migration — did the 482 in 2024) for the full prior file: Form 80, ten-year address history, reference letters, police checks, financials. Reply with attachment 23/06. Whether it was used is unknown. - **Where it lands:** `imigrate.net.au` and VETASSESS mail arrives in the **signup** mailbox, not `rocky`. Both are collected, so the rail sees it. - **A third party holds the paperwork — Judy D'Souza, `judydsouza@cdraustraliaservice.com`** (CDR Australia Service). Julie (Service Officer, Customer Service Centre, `migrate@vetassess.com.au`, +61 3 9655 4801) replied by email: *"If you would like to request urgent processing, please complete the attached form and return it to tradeassess@vetassess.com.au."* - **04/08 ~10:31** second email, attachment only: *"Please see attached"*. She asks him for each code over WhatsApp. - **THE OPEN QUESTION IS THE PRACTICAL, NOT THE PAPERWORK.** Sibeal named a Technical interview and a practical assessment as real remaining stages and pushed both to Judy. **A practical has to be booked, and a booking has a lead time.** Urgent processing shortens a queue; it does nothing for a stage with no date in the diary. Downloaded to `C:\Users\mclou\Downloads\`. **The document list she sent is for the WRONG STREAM** · found 2026-08-04 - Its own heading reads **"Temporary Residence Transition Stream"**. He is **Direct Entry**. - Under SKILLS it asks only for the 482/457 grant letter and **does not list a skills assessment at all** — which contradicts her own email in the same message. TRT does not need one; DE does. - Not necessarily fatal (identity/character sections look common to both) but it is unconfirmed. **Ask her to confirm it is the DE list.** Cheap to ask, expensive to get wrong. **IRISH POLICE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED — this answers an open question** · found 2026-08-04 - Supersedes *"Whether one is needed depends on his residence history. Question for Sibeal."* - The doc list states: police clearance for **ALL** countries lived in more than 12 months in the last 10 years, since turning 16, dated within the last 12 months. Surname is **MC LOUGHLIN**, two words, on both passport and Photo Card. **Irish birth certificate — the order was correct, the delivery was not** · 2026-08-05 **UPDATE 2026-08-06 — GRO say it has been sent and is in the post.** So the chase is answered and the item is in transit, not stalled. **Two things still worth one message each:** the registered-post **tracking number**, and confirmation of the **delivery address**. He is between 403 Malabar Rd and living in his van at Matraville, and Australia Post holds uncollected registered mail about ten business days before returning it to sender. A document on the visa critical path should not be sitting in a depot. Read from his Sent folder (one-off, read-only; the rail collects INBOX only). - Order form was filled properly: **403 Malabar Road, Maroubra NSW 2035**, registered post ticked, cert 1 + copy 1.
