## CURRENT PROBLEMS
1. No status indicators (pending/accepted/rejected)
2. No filtering or grouping options
3. No action buttons (Accept/Reject/Message)
4. Duplicate entries showing (formwork appears twice)
5. No sorting (by date, status, job)

## QUICK FIXES NEEDED
1. Add status badges on each card
2. Add Accept/Reject buttons
3. Group by job or status
4. Add filters: All | Pending | Accepted | Rejected
5. Remove duplicate applications

## FILE TO MODIFY
app/templates/applications/received.html (contractor view)
or similar template for employer's application view

## DATABASE CHECK
- Why are there duplicate formwork applications?
- Need to add application.status field if missing
- Add application.decision_date field
