## FIXES APPLIED:
1. base.html line 20: Fixed syntax error (extra quote on footer_dropdown_fix.css)
2. z-index-master.css: Changed --z-nav-dropdown from 100 to 2000

## FILES CREATED (that can be safely deleted):
- app\static\css\dropdown_fix.css
- app\static\css\dropdown_ultimate_fix.css  
- app\static\css\zzz_dropdown_final.css

## FILES MODIFIED (need selective fixes):
- app\templates\base.html (has duplicate z-index-master.css, added new CSS links)
