- BUG_dropdown_behind_cards_2025-09-07: Z-index positioning issue (resolved)
- Current issue: Content truncation (different root cause)

### Initial Observations:
- Dropdown opens but content is truncated after 'Notifications' item
- Logout option not visible to users
- This is a functional blocking issue

### Investigation Plan:
1. Check Bootstrap version and compatibility
2. Inspect CSS for height/overflow restrictions
3. Examine container constraints
4. Test viewport meta tag settings
5. Check for framework conflicts
