## New Issues Identified Today
1. Messages standalone (no dropdown) - inconsistent
2. Notifications buried in Account dropdown
3. No notification bell icon
4. No support/contact option
5. Missing disputes link

## Root Cause
- Poor information architecture
- Inconsistent dropdown usage
- Critical features (notifications) hidden
