## Changes Implemented
1. Added notification bell icon with count badge
2. Created Communications dropdown containing:
   - Messages
   - Disputes  
   - Support
3. Removed Notifications from Account dropdown
4. Added JavaScript for live notification count updates
5. Fixed navbar consistency - all items now have dropdowns (except bell)

- Professional, consistent navbar
- Notifications prominently visible
