## SYSTEMIC ISSUE FOUND
Not just Time Tracking - ALL fetch calls missing credentials!

## ROOT CAUSE
Developer oversight - fetch() doesn't include cookies by default
This breaks ALL authenticated API calls

## FIX APPLIED
Added credentials: 'same-origin' to ALL fetch calls
Using automated script to ensure consistency
