Issue: Time Tracking infinite loading

## ROOT CAUSE FOUND
The fetch to /api/time-tracking/active-clock-in returns 302 redirect to /login
This means the fetch request lacks proper authentication.

## WHY IT HAPPENS
- JavaScript fetch() doesn't automatically include session cookies
- Need to add credentials: 'same-origin' to fetch options
- Without this, the API thinks user is not logged in

## VERIFIED
- time_entries table exists 
- API endpoint exists   
- Model exists 
- Issue is client-side authentication in fetch
