Issue: Time Tracking infinite loading - FIXED

## THE FIX
Added credentials: 'same-origin' to fetch() calls in hours.html

## CHANGES MADE
File: app/templates/contracts/hours.html
Line ~165: fetch('/api/time-tracking/active-clock-in', { credentials: 'same-origin' })

This ensures session cookies are sent with the request.

## TEST
1. Login as a user
2. Navigate to a contract
3. Click "View Hours"
4. Should now load properly instead of infinite spinner
