- TimeEntry model and database table exist
- Clock in/out functionality implemented

FIXED (2025-09-19):
- Infinite loading spinner issue
- Added credentials: 'same-origin' to fetch calls
- Location: app/templates/contracts/hours.html

KNOWN ISSUES:
- None currently reported

DEPENDENCIES:
- Requires authenticated user session
- Contract must exist to track hours
- Uses time_tracking_service

TESTING:
1. Login as worker
2. Navigate to contract
3. Click "View Hours"
4. Should load without infinite spinner
