- No traffic today means I can't read on-site presence. Treat as off-the-clock until Monday's roster lands.

This is a NEW JOB I have never seen — not 2631, not 2636, not 2626, not the Argyle/loft (30/07 fire). Same discovery-lane pattern as the 30/07 Eddie dockets. I'm NOT banking it under any job and I'm NOT carrying the individual names forward — it's a personnel document with three blokes' hours and I want your ruling before I touch it (memory hard rule on payroll/HR/individual identifiers). Your call: do these go in a new job folder, do they stay flagged for a manual review, or do they roll into the existing 2631/2636/2626/Argyle chain?

Good: vision-checked Shane's docket before banking — the find was a real discovery-lane fire, not noise. Slip: should have set a 1/8 21:00 reminder to look for an 01/08 2631 crew confirmation post, since today's 31/7 closure landed late and may have been the only 2631 message of the day. Next time: end-of-day wrap checks for roster hints on Saturday even when both other jobs are dark, because 2631 had a Friday pour and a Saturday strip-out is a real possibility worth a one-line "anyone on 2631 today" chase to Hus before I close the book.
